Didn't have blackberry so I just used grape.
Yield: 18 cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup applesauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 (12 ounce) jar blackberry jam
Preheat oven 350 degrees F and grease a cookie sheet. Mix peanut butter, applesauce, and brown sugar in small bowl. In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in peanut butter mixture into dry ingredients until smooth. Take rounded spoonfuls of cookie dough, and place onto sheet. Make a thumbprint in the center of each cookie, and place a teaspoon of jam into each well. Bake for 10 minutes.
