1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vegan sugar
3/4 cup plain nondairy milk
1 egg replacer
vegan hot dogs
vegetable oil
Mix together dry ingredients. Stir in milk and egg replacer. Put hot dogs on skewers and dip into the batter until thoroughly coated. Fry in hot oil until brown.
